Stayed for one night and had dinner. Room was very tired looking with mismatch furniture, peeling wallpaper and shower was not in great condition although plenty of hot water. Booked a double but two separate duvets. Bed extremely hard but bedding clean. Fan was provided which was welcome as room very hot. Dinner was okay but didn't receive meals as per menu with no explanation. Not asked how our meal was at any point and no offer for more drinks or water. Difficult to get any eye contact with waitress but she was pleasant when we did. Breakfast wasn't great at all. Fresh coffee jug empty, majority of cutlery filthy, tables not cleaned. Cooked food all gone an hour before breakfast finished as were the pastries that we had seen set out the night before. No sign of any staff to ask for anything, not even a good morning. The biggest issue for us both at dinner and at breakfast was the loud music coming from the kitchen together with different music/radio being played in the restaurant. It made for a very unenjoyable experience. Sadly won't be returning.

The Sunday dinner was lovely however we were told by a member of staff that we were not aloud to order any puddings. (This was 2:30). Why weren’t we told this before ordering our mains ?
