I was very excited to try Mazaba. Husband and I were greeted at the door, staff was very friendly. We ordered guacamole to go with our chips and salsa. Restaurant was very clean. All was good. Ice water was pretty much iceless. Can of soda was cold. We ordered steak fajitas, which were served with all of the usual. Rice, beans and pico. The first thing we noticed was that the beans were very heavily salted, almost to the point of way too much. We built our fajitas. With the first bite I knew they were going to be way too spicy for me, but I figured that was just my preference. However, my husband took a bite, sat back and literally turned red! His eyes were watering and his breath was literally taken away. We each took a bit of the pico, and that was OK. It was the meat. I don't know what they marinated it in--perhaps the tears of Satan? He finished his drink, we paid and left. A $60+ lesson, well learned. Sorry, Mazaba, you're just too hot for your own good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I live two blocks away. And the food is absolutely Amazing! We've been several times now. And everything has been delicious. Beautiful restaurant inside and out. I can't believe this gem is within walking distance from my house. I have a new favorite restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
