Yesterday, 04/30/2024, I was at this place with a group of friends at around 11pm. The place was chaos!!! Queues for miles, both at the drive thru and inside the store. Servants are rude and have no patience. The place was very dirty too. We ordered an ice cream and waited around 30 minutes to receive it. To justify the delay, we were told that there were no potatoes, they were frying. Lol Seriously, guys! What a terrible place!! In my opinion it is purely a lack of management. The employees were lost in the face of all this turmoil and did not divide themselves to carry out the tasks and were not concerned with agility either. I go to McDonald's a lot, and I can say this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I even believe that other people share the same opinion.
