At this fast food, visitors may try perfectly cooked salads. Ordering tasty parfait is a nice experience here. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at McDonald's Grand Ciel.

Madam, Sir, I am taking the liberty of writing to you to express my deep indignation following an incident that occurred on Sunday December 15, 2024, around 9:30 p.m., at McDonald's Grand Ciel. While I was with my children, aged 4 and 8, my wife and my parents, we were verbally attacked by an employee who turned out to be the trainer on duty according to their manager. After receiving our order worth €66, an employee brought us a €1 hamburger asking if we had ordered it. We replied that this could be possible, because the ticket given to us was illegible. At that point, the trainer intervened aggressively, making unacceptable comments such as "no need to be stupid, the burger wasn't yours." We attempted to report this unacceptable behavior to the manager on site, but received no support, which added to our distress. Several witnesses present were stunned by the behavior of this trainer. I ask you to please take this incident into account and act accordingly, as such behavior is unacceptable, especially in the presence of children. Proof of order amount and illegible receipt. The worst part of all this is that no excuses were made by this so-called trainer and by the manager, total indignation and looking at the reviews of this McDonald's, I see that this is not the first time that incident so this product or the team was unpleasant and aggressive.
