On more than one occasion I called to place an order and phone wasn't answered due to "assisting other customers". I love McAlister's! I do believe that more attention to cleaning is necessary. Always Love McAlister's Deli. Fast service, clean sitting areas inside and outside as well as clean restrooms. Food is always fantastic.
