I love McAlister's Deli. Now, I'm not saying it's Fleming's or the best sandwich or baked potato I've ever had, but if you want good food, nice ambiance, and some gluten free and/or dairy-free options, this place is great. If you do not have allergies, the potatoes, sandwiches, nachos, and salads are so good. Probably everything is good. Again, not going to blow your mind but portions are large and fresh. My daughter and I have food allergies. We both eat gluten and dairy free. So our go to selections on gluten free bread without cheese include: The New Yorker The Memphian The Club And The Veggie Chili or fruit on the side. Oh, and the tea is so good here! I get about an inch of lemonade at the top for the perfect blend. Down sides? Line can be long at lunch, you should double check if you got the veggie chili and are gluten free.
