The service was good but the food came out cold. After waiting an hour to get our food it should hands down not have been cold. The baked potato was like they took it right out of fridge, the loaded nachos were cold when talk to the gal she said would you like a free cookie! No I’m just letting you know it’s cold, I don’t want it remade because I’ll edit another hour, I get you want refund the money I just wanted to let you know. Until the owners can figure this place out they will be losing business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Very disappointed in the service. Placed an order online at 7:15 because I had a tired and hungry toddler. Pickup time was supposed to be 7:30 and my food was not done until 8:15. There’s no reason there should be 8+ people in the kitchen and over an hour for food to be ready. It was very disorganized and the cashiers/kitchen seemed confused about orders and communication with customers. Could probably use some more training. Order type: Takeaway

I had a great experience at McAlister's Deli. Every dish came out hot and tasted homemade. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
