I usually enjoy McAlister's Deli but my recent visit was really disappointing because one of their workers. She was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. It felt like she didn't want to be there or help customers at all. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but her attitude really ruined the experience for me as well as her manger's unprofessionalism. I hope corporate addresses this issue because id hate for other customers to be treated this way. I asked for her name up front i believe it was Carol. Food: 2 Service: 1
