Extremely poor food service. Ordered 4 meals and it took 40 minutes to arrive. I could see the food waiting to be served by the waitress from the kitchen for 15 minutes. When I approached the servers about the cold food which was very disappointing given the time we waiting, Matthew who claimed to be the manger was very rude and kept interrupting me as I was talking. Having owned my own restaurants I would never have spoken to a customer the way he had spoken to me. Service: 1

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the bouncer at this venue. What was meant to be a fun, enjoyable hen do with a group of girls was quickly ruined by this horrible man. He was aggressive, had 0 respect for women & was physically forceful, shouting directly in our faces and deliberately trying to intimidate us not once but twice. It was genuinely frightening and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation or communicate calmly—just hostility and aggression from the start. No one should feel unsafe or threatened on a night out, especially by staff who are supposed to ensure safety. This kind of conduct reflects very poorly on the establishment & i will never step foot back in this place again. Management seriously needs to address this and ensure their staff are properly trained to handle situations professionally, not with intimidation and fear. AVOID if you don’t want to be traumatised & man handled.

Bouncers consider themselves above the rest. I wanted to enjoy live music with a beer, but wasn't allowed in because I was alone. "Just policy". What a rubbish policy. Mr Bouncer doesn't realize he is working on a night where everybody else is enjoying some spare time. Must be frustrated him. Service: 1
