The evening crews are okay most the time, more a place you end up than a place you go to, but the Sunday breakfast team is scary at best and even the manager doesn't not know what does and does not come with an order. How is that even possible to become a manager and not know the menu..scary times.

Sadly this McDonald’s has gone to crap. Very disorganized, there is so many people trying to help and not enough people knowing what they are doing. This weekend I took 2 of my kids to play. We ordered at 1pm at 1:15pm I went back to the counter to ask if our food had been called. I noticed some of our food was sitting on the back counter area (pancakes and bunless burger) - she told me no. I asked about the food on the counter and she said it was someone else’s. Interesting but okay. At 1:35pm i came back to inquire. Food was still sitting on the back counter. Still nope not mine. Okay. Well it’s been awhile. I gathered my kids and requested a refund. They did the refund but my refund was only going to be for 17.00 and change when my total was 18.45. I told her she owed me more. She said she was trying to figure out why it wasn’t adding up. We ended up going across the street. My kids love it there because when it is too rainy and cold it’s nice to run some energy off. But when you have to order with the mindset it will be 20/40 min to get your food and have to return to have them correct it’s frustrating. We come far too often to this McDonald’s to let the kids play. My best friend and I bring our kids at least weekly to play. But it’s getting bad. Last Friday I waited 45 min for a salad while 4 employees tried to have a homeless man leave their restroom. I get the reason but 4 employees weren’t needed when you had at 7:30 waiting for food. The manager refunded my salad but it still took forever for the salad to come out. My kids ended up eating in shifts as their food was coming out piece by piece. It was just ridiculous.
