I went with my mother today, 11/20/24, to this store and one of those self-service screens wasn't releasing the invoice (the error starts there, as it was something that should have already been changed), we asked a guy for help who gave us the order number to pick up later. When it was time to pick up the order that we then requested to take away, there was one less snack and when we were in a hurry we only noticed it when we got home. It's absurd that we don't have access to the product's invoice and even more so that a snack is missing from a purchase that was a considerable amount (there should have been five snacks but we were only given four).
