I am so fed up with McDonald's. Not only do we have to beg for ketchup or mustard with our order we also have to beg for straws with our drinks. It's getting ridiculous. The last 4 times we have ordered frappes via doordash we didn't get straws. How the hell does one drink a frappe without a straw? And then today, we ordered 3 frappes, 2 caramels and 1 moncha. The moncha frappe came as it should. But the 2 caramels both came a little over half full and filled up the rest of the way with whipped cream. Who ever made these turned 1 frappe into 2. They taste like ice with a little flavor and swimming in whipped cream to fill in the extra space. This is unacceptable. And again NO STRAWS! Go to this McDonalds expecting to have your food treated like a garbage bag. After paying and sitting at the window for 5 minutes(listening to the workers mouth off at each other and cuss every other word) I get asked to pull into spot two. Which already has a car in it. 10 minutes goes by waiting at the curb because all the numbered spots are taken. Someone walks up with my food, having watched her dig through the bag with un gloved hands, she says “ i don’t know why one of the fry containers is upside down but here’s your food”. Get home and the fries are so greasy that they look wet and are floppy like a shoe string. The burger taste like plastic and was cold to the touch. Going to McDonalds, your expectations are already low. But this set the bar at an all time record for horrible. Months later. I tried again. Got off work late and kids hungry. Nuggets are so soggy you can squeeze them and see the grease fall off them. Didn’t get the happy meal for my son. This establishment needs to have every single worker fired and re start from scratch. You’d get better food stopping at the circle k and getting microwave food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
