McDonald's Bathurst is pretty near Old Government Cottage. Many guests come here to enjoy tasty cheese sandwiches, ham sandwiches and fish fillet. A lot of visitors order delicious cappuccino or great frappes. Clients don't like sundaes at this fast food.
At McDonald's Bathurst, you can get a takeout. A number of visitors note that the service is spectacular. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

This place is our go to Maccas. Our order was great but accidentally our wings fell on the floor and we went to go order more. However, the manager Mitchell replaced it for free and brought it out to our table as he noticed we had kids. At the same time he was trying to eat his own dinner. We appreciate Mitchell’s great customer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order was incorrect despite clear instructions, and the situation was not handled well. The staff member did not listen, repeatedly dismissed my request, and came across as rude. The manager also failed to apologise or follow proper complaint handling. Overall, very poor customer service for a simple issue that could have been resolved quickly.
