If you enjoy rude service and mediocre food, this is the place for you. We tried to add a sweet tea at the window and were met with a snappy, “We’re too busy for this.” No “sorry,” no “we can’t do that right now,” nothing. Just attitude. At the next window, the employee didn’t even look at us, head turned completely inside the restaurant, and just held the bags out like she was feeding an animal. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before, and even on the busiest days, a smile and basic courtesy don’t slow down operations. The food was another disappointment. My chicken nuggets and my husband’s chicken sandwich were overcooked to the point of being nearly inedible. His burger looked like the ingredients were tossed in from across the room, we had to reassemble it before he could eat it. This location needs serious improvement. Do better, McDonald’s Baton Rouge. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Getting use to utilizing the kiosk to order. Nice clean place. Staff were very pleasant and clean restrooms. 5 $$ Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No grits... I used to be able to get them at McDonald's in Louisiana. But they were very nice and food was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
