This location either needs new owners or to be shut down entirely. I have avoided it, for the most part, for the last several years because the service has become so awful, but occasionally I would still order breakfast here as that crew seemed fairly competent. No longer. The last five times I have ordered an apple pie for my daughter, it has been left out of the bag. Yes, it's only $2, but that's still money and it adds up. This last time, I called and spoke to the manager and she admitted to me that they had plenty of apple pies in stock; they just failed to put it in the bag. An occasional mistake is one thing, but when it happens consistently? That's either laziness or it's stealing. Either way, I won't be going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service. Ordered an apple pie today and it was probably a week old and burnt. Kids with no customer service skills at the window . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I get not wanting to do your job then don't work. But for those of us, who have to pick up delivery orders for customers, who honestly want to do our job walking in the store and not be greeted or asked if we need help with anything shows how poor this establishment is. I came in 07/01/2025 for a pickup order. There was man wearing blue, probably the manager. He looked me directly in the eyes yet never spoke. He kept on filling orders for the drive-thru. There was also a worker who looked at me too without speaking. I stood there waiting and still no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. I could've been rude or nasty but that's not my style. You can't be that busy that you can't even bother to speak to someone. I guess this is the McDonald's standard now. Customer service doesn't matter. Definitely think twice about eating and picking up orders here. This place ain't it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
