Normally its a pleasant experience, but a couple times now ive gone here and the service is so rude and disrespectful. I try to order food due to my dietary requirements and the lady was crazy because i wanted to order extra cheese and she denied me this and then over charged me on purpose for tomato, onion and lettuce, seriously has no idea about customer service. Furthermore, the shift manager was not much better and carried on, by the end i did not trust the food and gave up trying to deal with these people, i seriously think they should do random drug tests on these workers, it was like they were on crack. Ive since contacted mc Donald's Australia HQ to raise a complaint, what a shame people are hired for customer service, i feel sorry for the owner of the franchise. What a disgrace! Dietary restrictions: I've had stomach surgery, so food size and somethings dont stay down as they used too. I normally buy the hamburger with steam buns as i seem ok to digest it a little better even though i struggle and i add tomato, lettuce, onion, cheese, with big mac sauce, but they denied to sell me cheese because they know i was going to put it on the burger, such dumb attitude. This review is entirely aimed at the small boy manager on at 9.15 am 11/may. You established a new precedent in poor service. In which I personally have never seen any McDonald's team member operate at such low standards. The way you spoke to me, publicly attempted to embarrass me. Then perform what can only be described as a wobbly; striking the air replicating violence. All for asking to have my correct order fulfilled. He didn't even want to see my receipt, which is entirely baffling. I genuinely hope upper managment recogniseses his low standards and culture promoted within the workspace. My heart goes out to the staff working with him, if he has the audacity to interact with customers this way. I can only imagine how they must be treated. To the amazing female barrister who saw reason to the interaction. You deserve a raise. If the franchise owner of this site, would like to be in touch.
