I ordered a burger without pickles, but they gave it to me with pickles. It’s a food I can’t eat—which is why I choose to leave it out—so I sent it back; all they did was take the pickle out and hand me back the same burger, without caring whether the customer might be allergic to it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely awful communication. Almost couldn’t order because no one spoke English. Even after I said screw it that fines. It took a long time ti get my order. I was the only one in the restaurant. They still got the order wrong. Haha it was ridiculous. The manager couldn’t speak English or understands it. It was the worst experience I have had in a American restaurant Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in the drive thru ordered 2 cooked to order fries I've worked in fast food before for years those fries were thrown back in the fryer to be reheated which over cooked them and when we both don't have teeth to eat them it was a bummer they were over cooked for sure. People working there should not do that. Also I asked the drive thru guy if the fries were cooked to order he lied and said yes. That was wrong so if you want fresh fries tell them no salt so you can get them fresh otherwise they will throw them in the fryer to reheat the cooked ones which makes them taste horrible, burnt and hard to eat. Thanks McDonald's employee that did that. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
