Hello, I put one star because the ZERO is not notifiable. So BRAVO to this establishment where the credibility of the customer is bafo used, and not respected. There ! We've reached the height of the madness I'm laughing about it but sideways. Let's move on to the explanations. I order two Big Tasty double meat menus......and the rest. I am served two Big Tasty menus, one meat and lukewarm. I check because at Mac Do it is imperative to always check everything.... I noticed the mistake from the manager who was in the process of taking back the server in the room in front of everyone, who told me yes I will change it for you without apology or forgiveness or... In short then I told him again there are has two Big tasty two meats and he retorts to me, no there is only two meats on the BT menu and the other is only one meat. Ok okay I said to myself wanting to go quickly I must have made a mistake but I was skeptical so I left quickly and I looked on my application THANK YOU the application which notes all the orders and therefore results I had good right, this manager!!!! This allows customers to be made out to be liars in front of everyone without any verification. CONGRATULATIONS It's shameful I got a pardon because it was necessary but it wasn't sincere with a little checkbook as an excuse and of course the sandwiches were cold. It's McDonald's... Cuisine and atmosphere, 2 stars because no need for more. For them but valid for others too (Quick, BK, KFC...)
