I don't go to McDonald's because the food is particularly great. I go because it's fast and convenient. I ordered a few burgers and fries and it took over 15 minutes, and with no explanation or real apology. I understand things happen or certain orders might take a long time, but being given no explanation is maybe not the best approach. I've been here several times. The food, as far as McDonald's go, is adequate.l AND the ice cream machine frequently works, so that's nice too. But perhaps the customer service could maybe use a different approach.
