If hungry, come here for good monkfish and nicely cooked burgers. The terrific staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality at this restaurant. Professional service is something guests agree upon here. You will definitely enjoy the pleasant atmosphere. McDonald's is ranked 4 within the Google grading system.

My girlfriend went to the counter to order 1 cone, the attendant asked if that was all she was going to buy, and then told her to leave and go to the end of the other line. Horrible service as always, regardless of whether it is 1 item or more that the person is going to buy, it is not written anywhere (Exclusive service for Burgers). Mc do Park Lagos is the worst McDonald`s in the Lagos Region. Two weeks ago, I went to buy just a gift (without the snack) and it took me longer to receive the order than other consumers, the impression was that they were manufacturing their own toy. Yesterday, I went to the customer service totem (there was no queue) to buy what I wanted. When paying, the employee who was nearby saw my purchase and asked "is that all you are going to buy?", I replied yes and that I was finalizing the purchase, but he still told me to move to the other corner from Mc and start a new order because just buying a dessert gets in the way of a queue. What does a cone get in the way of in the queue? It's not a crazy combo where I'm changing the ingredients, it's a CASQUIN where we press an option on the totem and simply pay. As I didn't want any confusion at the moment, I just canceled everything and went to the requested seat, but I had to go to the end of a queue that was created, and on the totem pole I already had my cell phone to make the payment! Regarding the situation, I found it embarrassing for the store to place an employee to VISIT what the customer is buying on the screen. It's also embarrassing for the employee to approach you as if you were making a mistake on the totem pole. There is never a sign indicating what should or should not be purchased at self-service. If you can't buy dessert there, why was there an option there? I recommend better training for employees when it comes to talking to customers. Or reduce pressure from superiors so that they don't take it out on someone who just wants a snack, because the employee's question wasn't in a good tone. The only compliment I have is from the girls who were in the dessert area, very friendly, agile and attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
