-Food, drive thru never get order correct they repeat it and when you get your food they forgot to add something even-though they repeat back your order or miss an item ! Yet they still repeat “ anything else”!!!PSA “Always check your bag once handed to you do not leave the window until you confirm you have everything that’s what I do now on!” And plz ask for utensils because they will never provide you with napkins! Or to stir ur coffee etc or spoon for your oatmeal! -atmosphere ladies at drive thru and at lobby do the fuchi face all the time roll their eyes at customers. Do don’t attend at cash registers expects everyone to use kiosk !!! I seen many turn away from buying so to this again not many customers want kiosk want to be attended by a person and here they lack that. Lobby are hardly cleaned! Restrooms same and they take for ever!!! To unlock them! Plus find very discriminating that they have no changing table for babies !!! And if you follow the link they promote to go complaint nothing is done I filed so many times and yet still no baby changing. Table at this location , lobby always unattended for no help to customers staff want to do the minimum of duties and still get paid! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How can a manager (Junior), especially one in a leadership role, respond so rudely and aggressively when a customer simply asks about an advertised menu item in their own restaurant? It is reasonable to expect staff to be familiar with the promotions they are displaying. I was then told to move to the front window because the employee taking my order was new. As customers, how are we supposed to know that? I had previously received an incorrect order, so asking questions to ensure accuracy was completely justified. Rather than resolving the situation professionally, the manager only escalated it. His behavior was unnecessary, uncalled for, and highly unprofessional. Good customer service should involve respect, patience, and problem-solving—especially in situations where confusion can easily be addressed calmly. I have always been courteous to the staff and make it a point to wish them a good day. In return, I expected the same level of respect and professionalism. Service: 1
