I recently visited McDonald's to buy a burger. Unfortunately, my burger was cooked incorrectly - missing both the extra cheese and meat that I ordered. When I politely pointed this out, my criticism was received unkindly. Additionally, I discovered that three employees touched my burger with their bare hands before it was finally hastily assembled with just an extra piece of meat and cheese. Given this situation, I refused to accept the burger. Nevertheless, I was grumpily made another burger, but this time with an exorbitant six pieces of meat. It's a disaster! Such unprofessional staff! Arguing with each other, arguing with customers! My bill was 40 euros, but unfortunately I got maybe half that (to take with me when I was passing through), at least there was a Greek salad, without a fork of course!
