I went through the drive through this am with my 17 year old dog, I was crying, getting her last meal. I could barely speak, I went through the last window and a lovely girl asked me if I was okay, I still couldn’t talk. She reached her hand out to comfort me. I couldn’t say what was happening but she still told me it was gonna be okay and unprompted, unscripted, just pure kindness and caring. I still never got to tell her what was wrong, I just wanted to say her act of kindness meant the world to me and I hope she gets a promotion and some recognition for what she did. It meant everything to me in a terrible moment in my life. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I go to this place often because it's the closest one, but they've messed up my orders several times. Many times they don't have what I order, or their machines are broken. And now they gave me a half-empty frappe filled with whipped cream. What the heck?! And they didn't even try to hide it. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
