I asked for fresh food and didn’t get at all my fries so hard my kids don’t even want to eat this so wrong I just got off work didn’t want cold as food smh. Do McDonald do quality checks or what a mess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing experience. The manager, a middle-aged Hispanic male, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My teenage son simply asked for his fries to be filled properly, as the container was clearly not full. Instead of correcting the issue, the manager accused him of eating the fries and treated him like he was lying. When I went inside to address the situation, the manager doubled down and argued with me, insisting my son had eaten them—even though we had just come through the drive-thru, so he had no way of knowing that. His behavior was completely inappropriate and escalated unnecessarily. To make matters worse, attempts to report the incident to corporate have gone nowhere—no one returns calls. Both the store and HQ need to do better when it comes to customer service and accountability. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
