Only giving 1 star because I cant give 0. Ordered fries in drive thru. They asked me to pull in space 1 so they could finish. They said 1 min. 10 minutes later I walk in and my fries are sitting there and they are playing games in the lobby. They were happy to give cold fries to the person that had to come inside from the drive thru. This is the worst McDonals I've ever seen. They are trash. I would never go back. It was very dirty and smelled terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible McDonald's. Ordered 2 shakes for the kids and happy meals. They were like milk. I gave the vanilla one back and the manager made the comment "it is what it is" she then added something mixed it again and gave it back. She added ice so now we had watered down milk. No refund given just negative comments about it not being real ice cream and it is what it is. Horrible service. No apology for a $5.49 cup of vanilla water. This was around 3:30pm on Wednesday. They put the new mango flavoring in my Diet Coke. I am allergic to mango in any form. I didn't ask for mango flavoring. This caused a massive allergic reaction. When I called the restaurant to tell them to be more careful, the manager literally only said 'oh sorry' like they got my order wrong instead of risking my health. I had already taken Benadryl so my throat wouldn't close but the complete lack of awareness, sensitivity or empathy was dumbfounding. Completely unacceptable.
