Worst McDonald's establishment. You order one thing and you get a completely different item, despite the receipt having the EXACT INSTRUCTIONS AND MODIFICATIONS written SIMPLY on the paper. How many more complaints do you guys need? When will you fix this McDonald's? The staff here are all inept, inefficient, and disrespectful teenagers, with the odd employee being an actual godsend. Fire half your staff, train them on how to make food, follow orders, and BE A DECENT HUMAN, or maybe just bulldoze this building. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Completely terrible service. It’s time you started making an effort. You order one thing and get something completely different that has nothing to do with what you asked for. They always mess up the orders. The worst was what happened to me today: I ordered a salted iced caramel, and they served me an iced coffee instead. When I went back to complain, they told me the machine was broken. Why didn’t they say that when I was ordering so I could choose something else? Either shut the place down or improve your service. Dont order delivery from this restaurant you will order burgers and fries and only get drinks and fries and then get told theres nothing they cando so go after the delivery service then get nothing after 1 and half hours you get nothing not even we will replace your order so all and all shitty service
