....if you can't figure out the computer try asking for help instead of having the customer pay more. Instead I get told "just tell them you don't want it"....um, okay but I paid for the item so how does that make sense. Yes it was only a small amount but I work hard for my money and McDonald's is a treat. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited a while for 3 Happy Meals - I wasn't given our drinks at the window. When the Happy Meals came, I asked for the chocolate milks. After delivering an order, he went in and returned with one. Back in to get 3 - no straws or napkins. Food: 4 Service: 2
