Way to much disorganization in this place took way to long to get your order inside they are more focused on the drive thru than the people standing in front of them we ended up getting the guy in front of us ice coffee after he had said they mess it up every time he comes in we got our food and had to keep waiting on drinks which we asked for cups repeatedly and was ignored the lady who took our order was to busy doing other orders for drive thru than finishing up with us who she just gave us our food all we needed was 2 large cups why does people in fast food have no pride in what they do if you don't like your job get a new one I didn't come in there spending over 40 bucks to be treated like that will not be back ever done with McDonald's period seems to be a thing with this franchise now days. Service so bad I’ll probably never go back! Used the kiosk to order, no one running the register. Long wait. Food was ready and hot. No drinks (2 sodas, 2 shamrock shakes) asked for the drinks and was handed 2 cups. Asked about the shakes and the young black kid was nonverbal. Asked again a few minutes later and got the same response. A few unites after that 2 shakes were brought out, both vanilla and when asked if they were shamrocks (both were white/vanilla) and was told they were. Took a straw for a quick taste and was right. After another several minutes and still no shakes I asked for a manager. After about 20 minutes I finally had my order. The manager did her job the black kid should be FIRED!!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This morning I attempted to place a mobile order at my local McDonald’s. The drive-thru was closed due to construction, and I was told to either come inside or use curbside. Since I was already placing a mobile order, I chose curbside. After placing my order, the app incorrectly processed it at a McDonald’s location in Utah. I have never been to Utah and do not understand why the app defaulted to that location. I canceled and attempted to reorder at the correct location, but the app again processed it to the same Utah store. When I tried to change the location a second time, the app stated it was still processing the location change. Because of this app malfunction, I had to send my daughter inside to place the order. I used a rewards coupon for a free frappe (4,500 points). The employee scanned my barcode, removed my points, but still charged us for the frappe. My daughter then had to return to the car to get additional money because the total was incorrect. While she was doing so, she was told to “hurry up,” even though the error was not ours. This was embarrassing and unnecessary. My original mobile order total was $6.78. However, due to the app issue and in-store errors, I was charged $12.94 and lost 4,500 reward points. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
