The only thing that disappoints when you visit this fast food is the boorish staff. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, McDonald's is well known for its terrific service. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the moderate prices as users indicate. As most guests say, the atmosphere is comfortable. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Worst experience, I order some food through the app, and once I got their they did not have it available, I ask for a refund and the manager Alejandra gave me a hard time asking for a refund , saying I was wasting their food and time. She definitely need to get retrain on customer service and how to handle it more professionally. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I avoid this mcdonalds like the plague. Every time I've had to come here the wait is extremely long and the workers are rude or just ignore people in the drive through for minutes. I've worked at one before and it's not terribly hard to give decent customer service and habe decent wait times Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
