These employees are despots and rude. They serve you in a bad way and ignore you. The manager is the worst; he fans your bags as if he paid for your food. It takes forever to deliver a simple order, while they spend it laughing and talking and do nothing to deliver the order. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Woman gave me the wrong food, asked what I ordered then left the window. Came back to the window asking what I was waiting for. I said a cheeseburger no pickle. She then says you want a cheeseburger? I said yes with no pickle. She still didn’t understand and got my order wrong. Mc Donald’s should not hire employees that don’t understand English. I recently went through the drive-thru at McDonald's and had an unpleasant experience. After placing my order, I asked the employee at the pickup window if we could have two water cups. The employee, who identified himself as Hector, responded with a rude remark asking why I didn’t request them earlier at the ordering window. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple request like that shouldn’t be met with attitude, especially in a customer service setting. I understand that procedures exist, but the way it was communicated made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. A more respectful approach would go a long way. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
