Do not come to these place if you’re needing to be somewhere any time soon, and it’s as if I am every time I am forced to stop at this particular location.. while 95% of the time the staff is friendly enough but slower than should be humanly possible! And they never get my frappe right like if you don’t want to sell mocha take it off the menu, if I wanted caramel I would have ordered caramel to begin with!! Typically I will drive to exist 213 to go to McDonalds but I just didn’t have the time today! Meal type: Other Price per person: USD 1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Well, I was gonna give them about two stars but after thinking about it for a minute, I decided to give a one star review because they failed to give me what I actually paid for I went to the kiosk, and I ordered a double fillet of fish sandwich, added lettuce to it, which you charge for OK that’s fine, and I always like to have my bun toasted so I advised The attendance at the window and I heard her clearly tell the sandwich maker that I wanted the bun toasted not steamed on the double fish so he clearly knew it was a double fish. Anyhow, that’s what the ticket says. That’s what I paid for but yet as you can see by the picture, I only got a single fish. Completely unacceptable You wouldn’t accept ordering a double quarter pounder and only getting a quarter pounder you wouldn’t accept paying for 20 chicken McNuggets and only getting 10 in the box. Maybe someday when the robots take over, I’ll actually get what I ordered Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shout out to the manager at 451 Leary Rd (McDonald's) I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a red “Merry Christmas” sweater—and even though it seemed like she wasn’t having the best day, she still delivered outstanding customer service. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this McDonald’s just because of the way she treated me. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
