I walked into McDonald’s expecting a normal fast food stop, nothing special. The place was busy, orders piling up, people everywhere. Alexander, the crew trainer, still kept everything under control. He greeted me quick, took my order clearly, and made sure it was right before moving on. My order got mixed up at first, but he stepped in fast, fixed it without attitude, and kept me updated while I waited. He didn’t let the chaos of the rush spill into the service. Everything stayed organized because he kept the team focused and calm. I left with my food correct, no long delay, and a feeling that the shift was handled way better than what I expected from a packed McDonald’s.
