People mention that the service is fine here. The exotic atmosphere meets you at this place. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

This went down as the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever stepped foot in. It’s located in a touristy area. There are no other fast food choices nearby. They should be on the ball with service, staff, and cleanliness. We waited for at least 25 mins to get food. I went to the bathroom while I was waiting. The smell was so horrendous, but decided to tough it out. Both toilets were plugged with toilet paper, and filth. When the food came out the large fries were half empty, hot chocolate half empty, paid for mayo and didn’t get it. We tried explaining, but only one person could speak little English. Everyone I met in the area comes from English speaking parts of Canada. I just assumed McDonalds of all places would have bilingual workers. The restaurant was filthy. The drink area was covered in spilled drinks, and garbage. Lids were empty, garbages overflowing. The manager was very nice, and did his best to help make the situation better. Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
