I visited this McDonald's location and placed my order using the self-service kiosk. I selected the "Dine In" option and specifically chose table service so that my order would be delivered to my table. Unfortunately, my order was never brought to me. After waiting for some time, I approached the staff for assistance. The employee who assisted me, Nickel, informed me that he could not deliver the order to my table. What made this even more disappointing was that the restaurant was almost empty, with only about three occupied tables and several staff members available. If table service is not available, it should not be offered as an option during the ordering process. I am disappointed by the lack of service and the inconsistency between what was promised and what was actually provided. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer experience.
