Tried to order on the app, oh no! A glitch. Go inside to utter chaos. People everywhere waited at counter for service NONE!. This was 10pm on a Wednesday night. Yes there had just been a soccer game but we waited 30min and no one came near us! Other customers had waited 45 min for food that was cold. Used the bathroom facilities and felt like I was in a 3rd world country it was that filthy. This is one McDonald's I will never go back to. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have just been through the drive through on Bridge St and am devastated by the product. It took 10 mins in the holding bay and now I’m home my meal is cold. They must have left the order on the bench while waiting for something to cook. Both fries containers were half empty. So disappointed ☹️
