Date: May 28th at 9pm I wanted to use my McDonald’s app to use the code to receive a discounted fry with a $2+ purchase. I go through the drive thru, give the code THAT IS FROM THAT OFFER (this is relevant later on) and also get a McDouble. I go to the window, pay, get the bag. I didn’t get my fry. No big deal, drive back through, tell them, go to the window, and I get an attitude from a female crew member telling me we don’t see a fry, there’s nothing about a fry, so I tell them the guy at the speaker knows about the fry because he took my order. She talks to a manager, comes back, and tells me the code I used was for POINTS, NOT THE DEAL. I show her i used the code from the deal, and im told im wrong. I received a refund because I asked for one, but I’m livid. IM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE RECEIVED AN ATTITUDE EITHER! Waited over 40 mins in drive-thru after around 10:45. Before I got my food. A previous customer walked up to me asking if he can cut back in line because they messed up his order and forgot his pies. I allowed it. Then it’s my turn. I see them laughing and giggling. Taking about relationships and I see the female worker that’s running the drive thru drop my sauce packets, pick them up and wipe them down with her pants leg. Then put it in my bag and hand it to me. By the time I get home it’s 11:32. I ordered online expecting everything to be there and no. They forgot half of my order. Several nugget boxes and a burger. I go the next day and the manager refuses to speak to me and sends over a new worker. Every time I tell her. I want my missing portion. Or some kind of recompense for wasting my time and expensive gas money for the drive. She would have to run back and talk to her manager. After a long back and forth of playing messenger with the girl. The manager hands me the remaining portion and threw in a burger saying next time. Don’t eat our food and bring it back or else we won’t refund you or remake your order. Letting me know this was the first and last time they will without the food. I had the receipt and I’m not gonna starve myself until the next day and it’s lunch just have them redo my order!!! Avoid this place. Jack in the Box, as a matter of fact done a similar thing with me and they apologized AND entirely remade my order after showing proof of purchase. I even did it a week later as I’m not able to just drive wherever. Truly those workers of Jack in the Box deserve respect unlike the manager of this Perris, McDonald’s. Do not go here. Clearly taking advantage of the community. Orders are consistently INCORRECT. They are about 10% more expensive than other McDonald's in nearby cities. You can't get someone to answer the phone and their mailbox is full. Worst experience ever. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
