Have a nice time here and share nicely cooked chicken, sausages and pepper steaks with your friends. At this restaurant, clients may order great iced coffee. Unfortunately, the staff is hospitable as most visitors mention. Cool service is something that guests would like to improve here. The quiet atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. As for the Google rating, McDonald's NLEX KM 42 Petron achieved 4.3.

Terrible experience- i ordered through the kiosk! Order 2 happy meals - Order 2pcs chicken - After transaction was completed and pick up in the counter - None of the happy meals toys are available Only 2 choice of chicken parts available The washroom was terribly dirty! I wont go back to this store ever again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nov. 8th 2024. First stop for my school field trip and the experience here made me upset, specifically the service. First, I saw my brother order a take-out of just ONE item. He waited 20 minutes or so until he asked the front counter—turns out, staff had forgotten about his order. One item that shouldn't take long and maybe should've served sooner regardless of the numerical order. As for me, waiting for my order to be brought up wasn't a problem, and when it was brought up; last item wasn't ready. That's fine, I'll wait for a bit. I waited at the front counter because I have hearing difficulty and the waiting was way longer than expected. I understand that it's rush hour as another school field trip rolled in but I've been standing there like a ghost. I have social anxiety disorder so it took me a lot to muster the courage to ask a staff. I was literally the last student of my school here. I finally got my box of 2pcs hotcakes which contained an egg and burger! My bus could've literally left me behind, I saw the door closed and already driving off in the parking lot. Overall, despite the numerical orders.. still couldn't completely keep track of it all accordingly and might I say terrible priority under pressure. Very upsetting service. Got some Mcdonalds Take- out for breakfast early this morning. Although there were a lot of customers , the service was great. It was fast and complete. A parking attendant was also outside making parking a breeze. I was in and out in minutes. Happy Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₱1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
