Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I'm the only one there. Waited 15 minutes at the pay window, no one ever came so I pulled up to the next window, ghost town... a girl walked around the corner, she looked like she just woke up from a nap, opens the window and says "so what did you order?" Still I am the only one in line. I just looked at her and then drove off. What a waste of time! McDonald's in Primera is a joke! Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve given this McDonald’s on Stewart Place in Harlingen multiple chances, and almost every time they still manage to get my order wrong. The drive-thru always takes forever, and after waiting all that time, the food is either missing items or made incorrectly. I’ve gone back hoping things would improve, but unfortunately it’s been the same experience every visit. To make things worse, nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call and report an issue. At this point, they’d probably get better results if they replaced this McDonald’s with a Whataburger lol sorry not sorry. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Mcdouble, Dr Pepper, Sausage Biscuit, Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal
