I ordered a McFlurry, but it was not mixed at all, and the serving size was noticeably small. This was very disappointing and certainly not worth the price. Additionally, the staff and crew could clearly see that my table was unclean, with leftover dishes and utensils, yet no one made any effort to clean it. We’ve had multiple delivery orders from your Tagapo Branch and unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue. Despite including notes in our orders, items such as ketchup for fries (including BFF fries), as well as basic utensils like spoon, fork, and even straws, are often missing. It’s quite disappointing, especially since this has happened several times already. We hope the main office can look into this branch and improve their attention to order details.
