I’ve eaten in McDonald’s all over the world and this is, without question, the worst I have ever been to. The system for taking orders is a mess. You order and then the cashier goes and waits for your food to be made before taking the next person’s order, meaning it takes forever to be served and get your food. So much for fast food…. To top it off, my McFlurry was liquid. If I wanted a milkshake I would’ve asked for one. Disastrous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Maybe one of the worst McDonald's in Morocco. The prepared food like the beef patties (for the beef burgers) shouldn't be kept longer than 10-15 minutes according to the rules of McDonalds. A luke-warm or almost Cold burger isn't really nice to eat. Furthermore the level and attitude of the ladies, who's job is to take notice when a customer stands in front of them wanting to order. But instead they just prefer to keep chatting to each other and ignore you standing there in front of them. And I was the only one at that moment standing there ( I'm rather tall , so hard to miss ). I deliberately waited, and after a while the guy in the kitchen alerted the chatting ladies that I'm waiting to take my order! Bravo to him. To be honest, this level of service and behaviour is common in many places here, even some 5 star Hotels are not immune to this! We all know how it is and I'm ashamed, as this problem is really not very helpful in promoting our people and country abroad. This facility is just one of many examples I can name, it's endemic !
