Came to this location with a family member tonight after leaving From downtown.. Order a quarter pounder meal burger with completely raw on the inside and my fries were cold I called the location and tell me you can come back up here and get a new one. I live almost 25 minutes away from this location. I only was my time wasted. I don’t have any dinner for tonight honestly very disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped here while driving back from real estate work at the coast. I ordered a double cheeseburger. That had to be the worst burger I've ever bought from any McDonald's. It was very dry, the burger was the thinnest I've ever seen. And not hot or even warm. Who knows how long it had been sitting around...not fresh for sure. I was on the road and diabetic so I needed something quick to eat. I could only eat half. I definitely would have returned it if I had time to eat in the restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Based on my past few visits, this location feels like it could be managed much better. There seems to be a lack of organization during busy periods, which leads to slower service and unnecessary confusion. The staff appears to be trying, but stronger management and better coordination would make a noticeable difference in the overall customer experience.
