The customer service was very disappointing. The staff were rude in the way they responded, and at times they seemed unwilling to assist us. We were told to just go to Chick-fil-A and eat there instead. I explained that my daughters wanted to eat McDonald's, and that they don't like Chick-fil- A. The young lady replied, "Well, they will just have to like it and eat there." That response was not only unprofessional, but also dismissive. As customers, we simply expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Experiences like this are the reason businesses lose loyal customers. Good service is not just about selling food — it's about how people are treated. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
