Went to get an iced coffee and filet sandwich. The sandwich was very cold and old. I asked for extra caramel in my coffee even asked to pay for it. I received a coffee with no caramel at all. I parked went and went inside; it took about 6 minutes for anyone to even notice i was there and she the manager had an attitude when “fixing” the issue. Customer service here is horrible. Meal type: Brunch Food: 2 Service: 1

Staff lies and has horrible customer service. They do not follow what is displayed on the menu. I bought a large iced caramel coffee partially to get a monopoly sticker and it lacked one. When i went up to the counter 10 other items had the stickers. They cheat you on their order for those participating in McDonald's monopoly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–10
