If I could Give it a Zero I would So Today(6/7/2026) I came to a Kiosk and Tried to Order so I saw that a Drink I wanted Was Out of Stock but It was a Extra Small Sweet Tea I wanted a Regular Small so I asked for assistance I even clicked the Kiosk Help Button and NO ONE CAME EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE DOING NOTHING NOTHING I Left the establishment and I am leaving this Bad Review. Hands down the worst mcdonalds in the state. The staff is silent and does not create an inviting atmosphere. None of the ordering kiosks work in the building, so you have to go to the register. Nobody comes to take your order, they look at you and turn their back to you to continue whatever they are doing. Every employee that has to interact with the customer acts like it is the worst day of their life. If you decide to use the drive thru...they have 2 speakers but only one person taking orders. Be prepared to sit 3-5 minutes before your order is taken and even longer if there is more then 1 car in the drive thru. This location has an extreme lack of customer service and an extreme lack of what fast food is supposed to be....fast. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This the WOREST McDonald's! I live locally and actively avoid this location. Everytime I give it a chance i live in regret. Today, after the slowest line I pull upto the payment window and my order was cancelled. So we put the order back in and was asked to pull foward in their DT Stall #1. Well suprise we sat there for 10-15mins, until I had to go in and see what was going on with the happy meals. They meals were sitting on the counter for over 10min accoring to the ticket time on them. The lazy workers could care less. Im continually disgusted by this location and its employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
