April 29, 2026 I had a frustrating experience at this location recently. I ended up waiting a long time for a very simple order and was asked to pull forward while other cars behind me received their food first. I understand that things get busy, but what stood out most was the lack of communication. I tried to ask about the delay and directed my question to the person bringing food out to the cars, who appeared to be a shift lead or manager. Instead of stopping to address me, he continued walking and did not take a moment to listen, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was left without any clear explanation or update. I want to be clear that this is not a reflection on the regular staff, but more on how the situation was handled at a management level. The food was fresh when it finally came out, but the customer service experience could definitely be improved. A little more communication and professionalism would make a big difference. We order in the Drive thru before there close at 11:44Pm, When I was to the Window, We gave two 20, the cashier put 25, We Trying to explain that, He called the manager night, She said, She had to account that all money if that if over the will to refund that, I have been cashier 2 Years in BK. That’s not worked like that, If There missed money in all day that won’t available to refund us money back. I already explain again that situation, I asked for the money back, She didn’t wanted to refund back. I understoond they wanted to live at 12:00AM, But They have to do their Job a Good Services for there customer. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
