This McDonald's has to learn that senior coffee deal with 2 creams. Do not serve your seniors, Cold Coffee and top it off with the French fries are cold and the floors are sticky. The homeless is hanging out in the front. The trash cans are always overflowing. It seems the manager doesn't have enough help wash down the front every once in a while The fingerprints on the window nasty Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Drive thru girl laughing the whole time asking me what size chicken sandwich i wanted. Just the sandwich nothing else. What size chicken sandwich laugh, laugh. What size cheese burger? Seriously frustrating when you just want to get a bite to eat. Don't bother with the customer service survey I won't go back to this location. 610 prater sparks ,nv Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am shocked at level of unprofessionalism! I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was barely warm but the fries were cold. I politely returned the fries because they were cold. I few moments the lady came back with fries. You could see the steam coming off the top. I ate a couple and they were piping hot. I drove 2 minutes and got on the interstate and dumped them out in the fish container to eat them better. Behold, she had dumped out just enough fries to put hot ones on top gave me back the same cold fries. It was obvious because of the difference in color texture and of course the huge temperature difference. Unfortunately, I was headed to an appointment so I couldn't go back to the store. I called the number on their receipt several times and no one answers the phone. Very clear why their franchise is struggling. Just a sad experience. If I had cursed her out or was rude I could understand. I was actually apologetic for asking for fresh fries that were not cold. I didn't even mention the barely warm fish sandwich. Unbelievable, how humans treat other humans. Update: March 3rd. I received a call from one of the store manager's two weeks ago after filing my complaint through the McDonald's website. Mgr said they would send me coupons and also refund me my money. Nothing has happened. She said really nice things on the phone but no action. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
