Well I ordered 2 (2) cheeseburger meals all with extra pickles and even went inside cuz the drive thru line was long. They shorted me a cheeseburger but I didn't notice til I got home, so I called them to talk to them about it and the lady didn't speak any English I guess. So I hung up And called back and the lines been off the hook for an hour now

If you are not going to have human beings at the register atleast have paper in machines. Then not training your people how to print a receipt is poor customer service on your part McDonald's. Your employees answer was ignore me and when I asked them they looked at each other and could not help. I asked for a manager and it was no answer. That is a McDonald's that lacks customer service and I blame ownership for that. Just because we are in the rural does not mean ignore us as Customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yeah don’t even bother. Definitely one of the most poorly managed McDonald’s. Ordered food through McDonald’s app, said it was ready but no food waiting. Someone probably took the order. It was busy so the employees said they couldn’t help and nothing they could do so we just left. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
