There has been multiple times that I've ordered something and it arrived incorrectly and I wonder if it's on purpose or if the staff is eating paying attention to the order that is being put in front of them. I'm extremely annoyed that when I order food from this place it does not arrive how I request it multiple times. A McDouble and a double hamburger are two different things. I ordered the double hamburger, although it's more expensive to remind you that I do not eat cheese. But you still give me a double cheeseburger? When I call to try to rectify the situation, no manager picks up the phone. Even worse nobody picks up the phone. The inside is decent as far as McDonald's goes, but the fact that the cooks are not paying attention to the order is extremely disturbing.

This particular McDonald's always misses something for delivery orders. I have yet to come across an order that I placed that isn't missing something. If it isn't the food missing. It is the utensils, napkins, condiments, or drinks. This morning for example, I order breakfast. I ordered the big breakfast. I got no syrup whatsoever or butter for the pancakes, no napkins, no utensils. Am I supposed to eat with my hands? The syrup thing kills me. I order extra just in case and you all don't even give the syrup or butter that should actually come for free when you order certain meals. When you dine in, there's no ketchup dispensers or buckets to get ketchup packets, there are never napkins left out. Your managers hang up the phone when you call to complain and ask why things are always missing. This is simple.. designate someone who is helping fulfill orders to check every bag to make sure the extras needed are in there... or are you all so cheap that you just love shorting customers to save on your overhead costs? My other recommendation is to just fire the leaders....all of you. Because not only do you not train your staff on the right way, but you don't even demonstrate customer service qualities as a leader yourself. Just close this restaurant down and let someone who knows how to run a business take over. Clearly, you all don't like the feedback either because you love hanging up phones when a customer calls to express frustration. DO BETTER or lock those doors forever. You know what is really sad? I was in Bali not too long ago and my wife and I ordered through a delivery service there late at night. The food tasted way better than your best try here in this location. This isn't the McDonald's I grew up on. Your food and service are trash! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
