We recently decided, after a long boat trip from Rhodes, as everyone was hungry and we were after something fast to eat that you can’t go wrong with a quick McDonald’s however this one was anything but quick. We entered and immediately were met with a huge queue at the counter like a mass gathering, we thought hey it can’t be that bad surely, and proceeded to start ordering food when we hear a customer arguing with a staff member that he had been waiting almost an hour for his order & that this was anything but “fast food” this swiftly followed by other complaints made us swiftly cancel our order and exit the store, it was ridiculous. Upon reading the reviews it seems like this is common at this branch and clearly not up to scratch like most McDonalds franchises. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to sincerely congratulate the staff at the McDonald's in Rhodes city center. The restrooms and toilets were absolutely spotless. Maintaining such an exceptional level of cleanliness while serving such a large number of customers is truly impressive and deserves recognition. A big thank you to all the employees for their dedication, professionalism, and hard work. This branch is an excellent example of how cleanliness and quality service should be maintained. There’s only one branch in Rhodes; it’s packed all day long with insane lines. I don’t understand why they don’t open another branch- it’s just absurd. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
