I was at the Rice MN McDonald's today at 11:00 AM. The young man at the counter was friendly and efficient. However there were two young men at what appeared to be either a job interview or orientation. I was in HR for 30 years, and genuinely felt bad for both boys, The interviewer, wearing a headset and a white headband, was in a conversation with two other female employees about the opposite shift and how poorly they evidently cleaned. Miss interviewer said someone said leave it dirty, and he would address it when he came in. Those poor boys, probably thought about the hostile work environment they were stepping into, and should consider avoiding employment at that location. Number one priority is praise publicly and chastise privately. Sad to see failed managers making poor decisions at peak lunchtime and exercising poor leadership. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Mcdonalds has gotten so expensive, i seldom go anymore. On this trip the food and service were great, but not worth the price Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family went through the drive thru tonight around 10pm. Customer service was awful. The lady taking orders told my daughter not to yell when all my daughter did was speak up so she would be heard from the backseat. My chicken sandwich was smashed flat and a mess even though the box was intact. My tea did not look right. Was very cloudy looking and tasted horrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
